Enhanced Access

As part of the East Lindsey Primary Care Network, we will be providing enhanced access appointments on Wednesday 7am to 8am and the sixth Saturday 1pm to 5pm. These appointments will be a mix of face to face and telephone and with a range of clinical staff.

The best General Practice care is conversational, not transactional. Binbrook Surgery firmly believes many health care matters are dealt with more safely and to a higher standard on the telephone.

It is available during our normal working hours – Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 6.30 pm, excluding public holidays.

We aim to reply within two working days. We will contact you in return by telephone or text message.

Before completing the form, please consider whether any concern would be answered more promptly by consulting 111 online, allowing our nurses and GP’s to speak to patients with complex needs.
